The Fork is all about celebrating food; specifically food and drinks that are unique, exciting, innovative, local, gourmet, and breathtakingly tasty food made from trucks, vans, bikes, pop-up stalls, and carts.

Fork on the Road was originally built on Adelaide’s growing mobile food vending culture, over time and for each event the mix of vendors changes depending on availability and new vendors coming on board.
