Join us for Winter Food Truck feast in Port Adelaide at the Hart’s Mill Precinct.
After a small break in June, following our last Fork in early May for Tasting Australia, we have heard your pleas for a Fork and have made one happen on Saturday 16 July at Hart’s Mill in Port Adelaide between 12pm and 9pm.
This time last year we held a Fork at Hart’s Mill and it was a great success, the location is great with loads of space inside and out for everyone to relax, eat and have great time. So what better way to spend a winter Saturday in Port Adelaide eating great local food truck food, having a drink and taking in historic Hart’s Mill precinct and perhaps even some dolphin watching.
Fork on the Road is all about great things that are local, small business, those that make food from containers on wheels, those making boutique craft beer & cider, wine and for the first time spirits.
Food will be available for a great range of existing and newish Food Trucks, including: Burger Theory, Chimichurri Grill, Daisy Burger, Cheesy Street, Mullygrub, The Little Cake Tin, Cargo Catering Co., Tacocat, La Chiva, , Honey Puff Ladies, The Rolling Pizza Oven, Taste of Spain, ChurrOZ Adelaide, Feisty Filomena, and Coffee & Crepes. Joining us for their first forks will be Tiger Rolls and Bohemium Barbeque.
We are very excited about drink vendors for this winter fork, with a great range of beers from Big Shed Brewing and Mismatch Brewing, cider from Adelaide Hills Cider Company and a range of wines and drinks from Bickfords. In a first for Fork on the Road, we will have some great local Adelaide makers of spirits available to keep you warm, with drinks from Adelaide Hills Distillery and Kangaroo Island Spirits.
To keep the kids entertainment we will have Dino-a-Dino and Plaispace on site during the day and of course they can use the award winning Hart’s Mill playground.
We will of course warm the confines of the Flour Shed, which will also be our location for the bar and filled with loads of tables and chairs for you to relax and eat the day away.
