Fork on the Road is South Australia’s premier mobile food truck event. We bring together Adelaide’s food trucks, vans, carts and bikes and celebrate street food in a range of unique SA locations.

Fork on the Road’s mission is based around three objectives:

1) It’s about demonstrating how open spaces in SA can be used differently, in a way that’s people-friendly.

2) It’s about showing off the new burgeoning food culture that strives to make Adelaide that bit more unique, thriving and exciting by giving entrepreneurs a platform to trial new business ideas, whilst promoting and supporting all things local.

3) It’s about giving young musicians and entertainers the opportunity to gain some exposure and perform their craft in front of a live audience.

Fork on the Road takes the form of events or festivals throughout the year, generally speaking every few months, with increased events in the Summer months.

The Fork is community centric at its heart- from supporting local vendors, breweries and wineries, to helping local musicians break through or, importantly, through creating events in local areas for the benefit and enjoyment of local residents, the local community is at the centre of everything we do.

We are now in our 7th season and are well on our way to firmly establishing Fork on the Road as a key highlight in the events calendar of Adelaide!
